We look forward to welcoming you to Domaine la Belle Charentaise, located amidst the vineyards and 15 minutes from the Jonzac thermal spa. The Prune cottage, measuring 40 m² and suitable for 2 people, is located behind our house.

The Prune cottage, measuring 40 m², can accommodate 2 to 3 people. It is equipped with:

- a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, induction hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, and kettle;

- a sleeping area equipped with a 160x190 cm bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe/closet, and a sofa bed;

- a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy lunch and the sun on the private terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. You can park your car in the covered parking area of ​​the property, which is fully fenced and gated. On the property:

- 8 x 4 m heated swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., shared with the owners and other tenants on the property.

Only small dogs (under 10 kg) are allowed. Cats are not allowed.
